亞太空間設計協會是由亞太區多家建築設計院及空間設計師聯合發起，聯合從事創意設計的科研機構及專業院校、設計院、美術館、設計中心共同創辦；並經中國香港特別行政區政府正式註冊成立的非營利性學術團體。是經香港政府批准組建的亞太區空間設計師行業組織。是具有法人地位的社會團體，業務上受國家和特區有關部門指導和監督，並受政府及特區的委託，承擔亞太地區國際空間設計師行業管理的具體工作。亞太空間設計協會作為亞太區創意設計領域權威性學術社團，學會主要依託各種平台，最大限度的為會員創造條件，發揮會員創意和設計才能為亞太區經濟持續及社會發展做貢獻。
